Jonathan M. Head
Jon Head co-founded 21st Century Benefit Advisors, Inc. in 1999. As a Principal,
Jon successfully develops and manages the firm’s most extensive client
relationships. Prior to 21st Century Benefit Advisors, Jon served as
Regional Director for MetLife. In this capacity he managed a sales and
service team responsible for businesses throughout New England and had bottom-line
accountability for 136 large group health, dental, disability, life and voluntary
benefit programs, representing $425 million in premium and equivalents. As
a member of numerous management committees at MetLife, Jon also played an active
role in the strategic design and delivery of products to best meet market needs. Jon
has more than 33 years of experience in the employee benefits field.
Edward L. Kane
Ted Kane is a co-founder 21st Century Benefit Advisors, Inc. As a Principal,
Ted is responsible for new business development, client management and operations
of the firm. Prior to 21st Century Benefit Advisors, Ted was with MetLife
for 13 years serving as Regional Director of 401(k) sales and as a Senior
Account Executive responsible for the sale and servicing of group health,
dental, disability, life and voluntary benefit programs. Throughout his career, Ted has worked
with hundreds of organizations of all sizes, across numerous industries. Ted
received his MBA cum laude from Babson College and BA cum laude from Harvard. He
has also earned the CEBS designation from the IFEBP and Wharton School. Ted
has more than 18 years of experience in employee benefits.
Daniel H. Head
Dan joined 21st Century Benefit Advisors, Inc. in 2003 after receiving his
BA in Public Policy from Hamilton College. He is responsible for new business
development, managing the firm’s relationships with carrier representatives,
and providing client management services. He is licensed in Life, Accident & Health,
Property, Casualty, and Long Term Care. Dan is currently enrolled in the
Certified Employee Benefit Specialist program and pursuing a Group Benefits Disability
Specialist designation.
